In a highly regulated and commoditised banking world, home lending has become completely automated inside many banks. Applications are either straight-forward and approved or more complicated and often rejected. 

SOLUTION

At Balcombe, we understand that each of our clients has a different set of circumstances. By taking the time to understand our clients, we use our access to an entire range of lenders and residential loan products to arrange transactions that have the best chance of being approved. Our years' of experience and expertise working with some of the leading financial institutions means we know what works and what doesn't. We do not submit applications for approval until we believe they will succeed. We cover all bases for our clients.

The facilities we arrange include:

  • Variable and fixed rate housing and investment loans 

  • Line of credit - home equity loans that maximize usage of equity in the home

  • Lo-doc loans - for clients who don’t have completed financial statements or cannot verify their income

  • Non-conforming loans - for borrowers that for various reasons do not meet the above requirements
